Arrival

Please park outside the site at the “Kurzeit-Parkstriefen für unsere Gäste” or in our parking lot (not in front of the barrier!) and come on foot to the reception in the main house for registration. We ask for arrival between 3 and 6 pm. From 12 to 15 o’clock is lunch break / rest! You can find out more about how to get there here.

Departure

The tent and pitch must be vacated and left clean by 11 a.m. on departure. For tenters and guests without electricity consumption, we offer the possibility to pay the day before departure.

Barrier

For entry please use the barrier card, for exit it is not necessary. During the night rest from 22:00 to 7:30 the barrier is closed.

Entrance door for pedestrians and cyclists

With our 4-digit pin code and the # key, they have access around the clock.

Night rest

In the interest of all guests, we ask you to avoid any noise from 10 pm at the latest,. … please also talk quietly: “whisper tone”. During this time, all driving on the course is also prohibited. Please be considerate of those around you at all times of the day.

Parking

please “space them” only in designated spaces and/or within the parking space boundary without interfering with other vehicles.

Waste

We separate according to plastic, paper and residual waste. Also we have
Glass container. Please do not leave garbage bags (or even food) outside: we have foxes at the site at night!

Visitors

Dogs

Inside the campsite and on the pitch dogs must be kept on a leash at all times. Dogs are not allowed in the back area (from the playground), in the sanitary building, in the mini-market on the playground and on the tent meadows. Please see our extra sheet “Information for four-legged friends”.

Disposal

You can conveniently empty the dirty water from your mobile toilets in the sink at the sanitary building. Please use only sanitary additives that are friendly to sewage treatment plants. Never allow wastewater to seep into the ground.

Driving

On the whole course is valid 10 km/h. Pedestrians have priority and respect
Please pay special attention to the children.

Barbecue

Gladly, but only with grill (device) and charcoal. No wood or branches, no open fire!

Children under 6 years

may only be in the sanitary building under the supervision of their parents for safety reasons. Parents are liable for their children.

Gas

In the case of caravans/motor homes with liquid gas systems, the statutory prescribed proof of safety must be available. Gas cylinders – even empty ones – may only be transported with the safety cap fitted. You can exchange gas cylinders with us.

Water/Washing/Washing Machines

Our water is of drinking water quality and is also a very precious commodity in our country. We also operate our own organic wastewater treatment plant. Please use water sparingly and also educate your children about this. Use detergent sparingly and, if possible, do not use fabric softeners with washing machines. Washing of vehicles of any kind is not allowed.

Cleanliness

We attach great importance to order and cleanliness and carry out constant checks. Please leave the sanitary facilities in perfect condition. Do not throw trash in the toilets, use the trash receptacles.

Fishing

To practice fishing in Walchensee, the state fishing license and the permit of the Walchensee fishing cooperative are required. Fishing license you can get in the village Walchensee. If available, you can rent a rowing boat (for anglers only) from us.

Emergencies and campüing supervision

Please dial 112 and inform the campsite management and/or campsite supervisor. You can find our supervision (caravans) in the section
behind the reception desk.

Liability

The campsite assumes no liability for any damage or loss incurred by the tenant, his relatives and his visitors. Other provisions shall only apply in the event of intentional or grossly negligent conduct on the part of the Lessor or its employees. The above exclusion of liability does not apply to injury to life, limb or health.

Water

Our water is of drinking water quality. Please go sparingly

Showers

For hot showers (1€/5 min.) you need 1€ coins. We are happy to change. In case a coin “slips through” (it is always best to take one in reserve) we will of course replace it. Our siphons also do not like hair, please

Restaurants

Our three restaurants in Walchensee are within walking distance. Please note our notices regarding opening hours, payment options and days off.

Bread roll order

With the fresh rolls, pretzels, and croissaints from our bakery, the day starts off right.Please be sure to pre-order: until 18
Clock the day before (pick up until 11 am. Those who have “booked onto the course” can
simply take his bread bags in the morning and does not have to stand in line.

Mini market

There is not only food for daily needs, but also “fresh”: meat, sausage, eggs, fruit, vegetables, cakes and much more. In addition, of course, recreational, camping products and gas cylinders.

House right

The instructions of the campsite team must be followed, especially with regard to the setting up of camping vehicles and tents. The campsite management is entitled to refuse the admission of persons or to expel them from the campsite if this seems necessary to maintain safety and order on the campsite and in the interest of the other campers.

Fishing and boats

For fishing need the state. Fishing license and the permit of the
Fishing cooperative. All angler info as PDF. We also rent two rowing boats – exclusively for anglers.

Any motorization of boats is prohibited on the Walchsensee. With us is nocvh rowed or kicked 😉 Excluded here are of course the Berugsfischer and the water rescue,

Supply and disposal

You will find our waste disposal station by the sanitary building. There you can
you fill your fresh water tank for a fee of 1€. Depending on the thickness of the hose approx. 70L. Please use only sanitary additives that are friendly to sewage treatment plants. Never allow wastewater to seep into the ground.

Guest Card & Leisure

With the guest card you can ride the bus for free and receive
Discounts on the Herzogstandbahn, among other things. You can find all info

Mini market.

W-Lan (fiber optics)

W-LAN is only in the front square area and around the reception desk
available. Tickets 2€/day for two devices are available at the mini-market.
